- Iowa Policy Project has released "Health Care in Iowa: A Continuing Problem of Access". The report shows how one in 11 Iowans falls through the cracks of health-care coverage in Iowa, lacking access to health insurance through an employer or through government services--and despite some recent gains, the percentage of Iowans who are uninsured has not improved from the start of the decade.
