Des Moines Forum to Reveal Current State of Health Reform
Former VP of CIGNA is Blowing the Whistle on Insurance Companies

Des Moines, IA -- On Friday December 18th at 7:00 pm, Wendell Potter will be the featured speaker at a health care forum that poses the question, “What is the status of national health care reform now?”

Potter, who has testified before Congress, will discuss how his executive experience at insurance companies CIGNA and Humana can help Americans see through the health insurance smoke and mirrors that leave a growing number of Americans without health care and executives with large salaries and big bonuses.

The public will have the opportunity to ask questions about the realities of American health care, the role of insurance company obstruction tactics and the importance of Iowa’s Congressional delegation in bringing about positive change for Americans. Next steps for health care reform advocates will be revealed.
